The LINDAB Migration Case Study

In 2011, Lindab found themselves still working with a GCOS7 legacy mainframe platform.  With significant licensing cost confronting them, they decided to migrate from the mainframe to a Windows environment.  It was important that the migration be seamless to the users and that it would work exactly as it did on the mainframe.  The challenge was that they wanted to complete it in 8 weeks!  Join us as we take you through the challenges we encountered but with an outcome that was very pleasing to Lindab.

  • Size of Migration
  • Undefined challenges encountered and overcome
  • The result – demonstration

Session 4 | 3:00pm – 4:00pm
